MURDER CHARGE:  After months of tough negotiations with the Commonwealth, I was able to successfully get ALL CHARGES for my client dismissed!  RESULT:  CASE DISMISSED  CHECK OUT THE ORIGINAL CHARGE

DUI:  My client was charged with driving under the influence.  She refused to submit to the tests that the police wanted to administer.  She hired me to fight for her in court.  RESULT:  CASE DISMISSED

​

DUI:  I successfully negotiated a DUI charge down to reckless driving.  RESULT:  FINE

​

DUI, FAILURE TO HAVE LICENSE IN POSSESSION:  Despite my client having a BAC of almost double the legal limit, he refused to back down because the video evidence showed, in his opinion, he was not impaired.  My client stood up and demanded a jury trial.  In a surprise move at the end of the jury trial, the prosecutor told the jury he should be sentenced to THIRTY-SEVEN DAYS IN JAIL but the jury wasn't buying what the Commonwealth was selling.  45 minutes later, the jury came back with the verdict: JURY VERDICT:  $200 FINE.

DUI:  After being wrongfully charged for operating a motor vehicle under the influence my client made the right call.  With zero proof of operation of the motor vehicle, the Commonwealth was forced to dismiss.  RESULT:  CASE DISMISSED

RAPE:  My client was wrongfully charged with a horrible offense.  He refused to take the Commonwealth's offer which would have sent him to the penitentiary and brand him a sexual offender the rest of his life.  I successfully argued the case to a jury and he was found not guilty on all charges once the truth came out.  JURY VERDICT:  NOT GUILTY

RAPE 3RD DEGREE:  After a successful mediation, the sex offense was amended to a non-sex offense and the defendant accepted a misdemeanor plea with no probation. RESULT:  MISDEMEANOR WITH NO PROBATION

SEX ABUSE 1ST DEGREE:  Facing being labeled a sexual offender for the rest of his life, my client made the right call and hired me to defend him.  After pointing out the numerous issues with the Commonwealth's case, I successfully negotiated an amended charge that required no mandatory registration and zero days in jail.  RESULT:  MISDEMEANOR PROBATION

TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FIRST DEGREE (METH) AND POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.  RESULT:  ALL CHARGES DISMISSED

TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FIRST DEGREE, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FIRST DEGREE, ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME-CRIMINAL SYNDICATE, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METH PRECURSORS AND UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF METH PRECURSORS.  My client was facing decades in prison for a long list of drug offenses.  After reviewing the evidence and fighting for his freedom, we resolved the matter with my client walking out of Court a free man!  RESULT:  TWO YEARS PROBATION

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE FIRST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), DUI 1ST OFFENSE, NO INSURANCE 1ST OFFENSE:  After filing a motion to suppress evidence in the case due to an illegally obtained search warrant, the officer failed to come to Court to justify his reasons for stopping and arresting my client.  RESULT:  ALL EVIDENCE REASONABLY RELATED TO THE STOP, SEARCH, AND COLLECTION OF EVIDENCE WAS SUPPRESSED BASED UPON A VIOLATION OF MY CLIENT'S FOURTH AND FIFTH AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!  SEE ORDER OF DISMISSAL.

TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA OVER 5 LBS AND PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER 2ND:  A client was facing felony drug trafficking charges that, if convicted, could result in a jail sentence of up to 20 years!  I successfully negotiated the case and got the charges amended down with my client receiving PROBATION.

CRIMINAL ABUSE IN THE FIRST DEGREE:  I represented a client indicted on a very serious charge of abuse of a minor that could result in incarceration for several years.  My client maintained her innocence on these charges, and I fought hard in court to protect her rights!  RESULT: Amended to a nonviolent offense and my client was placed on DIVERSION.

 

BURGLARY IN THE THIRD DEGREE; THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $10,000.00:  My client was facing years in the penitentiary for serious criminal charges.  He was not satisfied with the efforts of his previous attorney who negotiated a settlement that would require jail time.  I took over the case and was able to secure an agreement resulting in no jail service.  RESULT:  PROBATION

POSSESSION OF DRUGS:  A client and another passenger were wrongfully searched and arrested by the police.  I successfully argued to the Judge that the officers lacked probable cause in the search and all of the evidence was suppressed.  RESULT:  CASE DISMISSED

​

ASSAULT:  I represented an individual on a charge of assault.  He steadfastly denied that he did anything wrong and he demanded his day in court.  The jury took the time to listen to our side and made the right decision.  JURY VERDICT:  NOT GUILTY

​
